And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses,
commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. II Timothy 2:2

The Promises of God: Part CCXV

Honor the Lord with your possessions, and the first fruits of all your increase, so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine. Proverbs 3:9,10

Old Testament giving amounted to many types of offerings including the tithe, 10% of your wages or harvest. It has been my experience that the tithe normally reaps 10 times the amount given, not that we give to receive but to reveal the Divine blessing of our obedience.

In the New Testament the tithe isn't spoken of much either by Jesus or Paul but giving by the Spirit is. In other words, Spirit led giving seems to be the way God wants His believers to give! In any case God blesses a cheerful giver and He blesses our giving generously giving back in great abundance!

If you are not sure about whether to tithe or be led by the Spirit, do both! Give the 10% as your tithe and then allow the Holy Spirit to lead you into the blessing of giving supernaturally in the Spirit to whatever or whomever the Spirit leads you to give!

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully (with blessings) will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity: (compulsion) for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. II Corinthians 9:6-8

Mission Statement

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."

Your servant in Christ, Timothy Laughlin
Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Tim Laughlin has been involved in full time ministry for over thirty-five years. Set free from a $2000.00 a week cocaine addiction and fifteen years of alcoholism, Tim gave his life to Jesus in 1980 and was immediately delivered. Trained in the streets, led only by the Holy Spirit, Tim prayed for drug addicts, prostitutes and anyone else that wanted to be free from the strongholds of sin. With a burning desire to see people saved and healed Tim founded and directed several Christian residential programs such as Manna Ministries, one of the largest and most successful women's ministries in the Southwest. Apostle to the ''NO-BODY'S'' of this world, Tim has been involved in virtually every facet of ministry, from prison, ex offenders, UN-wed mothers, addicts, Gays and those that nobody wants. Without formal training and only a love for people Tim has seen hundreds set free, healed, delivered and raised from the dead by God's powerful anointing available to everyone that asks Him. Through many trials and fires in his own life Tim has learned to trust in the Lord for all of his needs and to rely on the Holy Spirit for guidance in every circumstance. His vision is for the Body of Christ to become the powerful army of disciples that God intended them to be, trained for battle and loving people from all walks of life. Tim's wife, Mary Ann works along side him ministering and training those that come for help. Deemed hopeless from extended drug abuse and surviving five mental institutions, Mary Ann was set free and healed miraculously and restored to a beautiful woman of God. Tim and Mary Ann are available to speak to your church or organization. Personal counseling and individual training are available upon request. Drug and alcohol addiction therapy is also available for adults and teens through support groups and referrals. For more information please contact us. ***Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits; Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."   Psalms 103: 2-4***
